- Rates quoted include unlimited internet access via fibre optic broadband.
- Rates quoted exclude utility charges such as electricity and water consumption. Utility is charged based on the actual consumption upon your check-out.
- Rates quoted exclude any consumable items that require replacement after the initial supply such as soap, dish detergents, tissue paper and toilet rolls.
- Minimum leasing period is 1 week for weekly rental / 1 month for monthly rental.

Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 10 days before your arrival date is free of charge. Any cancellation made less than 10 days notice will be subjected to 50% of the rental.
- Modification of booking up to 72 hours before your arrival date is free of charge. Any modification made less than 72 hours notice will be subjected to 1 (one) night room charge based on daily prorated rate.
- No Show will be subjected to 50% of the rental.
Deposit
- For weekly rental, we require 1 week security deposit and RM300 utility deposit.
- For monthly rental, we require 1 month security deposit and RM1,000 utility deposit.
- Deposit paid is refundable upon check-out less any liabilities.
